AEWR; US Workers: ND: $12.31; H2A Workers: ND: $11.04. Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse such as: Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops such as cleaning, packing, and loading harvested products; Clean, grease, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Operate tractors, tracto r-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as corn, soybeans; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Repair, clean, organize farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Haul bagged seed and dump into planter; Gu ide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines; Walk fields to pull weeds; Must be able to speak and understand english. Approximate staggered entry: 12 workers to begin Feb 1, 2026; 12 workers to begin March 1, 2026.
