AEWR; US Workers: AR: $13.40; H2A Workers: AR: $12.27. Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse such as: Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops including drying rice; Clean, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate poly pipe and flood irrigation equipment; Inform farm managers of cro p progress; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) such as sprayer, combine, grain cart to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as rice, corn, soybeans; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscapi ng; Haul and spread topsoil, fertilizer, and other materials to condition soil; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Build agricultural structures; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; Attach implements using hand tools; Weigh containers and record weights and identifying information; Guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines, discard rotten items; Position boxes/bags at end s of machinery to catch products, remove and close full containers; Work includes exposure to extreme temperatures and high humidity; Must be able to speak and understand english.
