Communicate enrollment and payment deadlines to families. Develop sales presentations and plan events to highlight the camp's services. Promote our camps and group rentals by giving presentations, and distributing promotional materials. Resolve client concerns and issues as they arise. Review camper rosters and intake forms to ensure all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date. Review industry publications and complete American Camp Association trainings to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
