Auxiliar de Apoio Logístico:

Fornecer suporte de planejamento logístico para garantir que os trabalhadores cheguem e voltem para casa do local de trabalho e estejam executando as tarefas atribuídas a eles corretamente e de maneira segura e produtiva.

Será necessário conduzir os trabalhadores de e para o local de trabalho. Monitore as habitações e propriedades dos trabalhadores H-2A, semanalmente quanto à limpeza, relatando problemas de manutenção, abordando as preocupações dos trabalhadores e comunicando-as ao diretor H-2A.

Realizar inspeção mensal em todos os veículos da frota H-2A, bem como relatar e agendar toda a manutenção para os veículos da frota.

Transportar trabalhadores rurais para consultas com o Dr. e visitas hospitalares.

Transporte os trabalhadores agrícolas para o aeroporto e outras tarefas, conforme necessário. Fornecer suporte aos trabalhadores agrícolas em funções operacionais, como condução de caminhões, tratores, empilhadeiras e implementos.

Será necessário operar máquinas às vezes, bem como treinar trabalhadores na operação de máquinas.

Fornecer assistência organizacional geral aos trabalhadores H-2A durante viagens à cidade, verificação de aprovação, eventos do trabalhador e atividades relacionadas ao H-2A. Must exercise independent judgment; may be asked to demonstrate tasks to other employees, but position does not include supervision of other workers.

Harvest Fruit Hauling and Loading –

Dependent upon what is being hauled, follow direction from supervisor to:

Assist with loading pallets/bins on trailer either by mechanical or manual loading.

Apply load locks to secure load. If applicable, apply cables, or safety chains to containers or tubs to secure load.

Drive fruit from field to plant .

If applicable, attach grape tubs to truck for hauling.

If applicable, ensure landing pads are lined up under landing gear feet.

Assist with unloading of fruit either by mechanical or manual means.

Ensure fluids, grease and tires are all at appropriate levels.

Report major issues to supervision. The cargo is being hauled between the employer's own farm locations, including the employer's storage/packing facilities. No cargo is being hauled for purposes of making deliveries to customers or any third-party storage/market location. All duties are therefore consistent with the duties outlined in 45-2091 (Agricultural Equipment Operator) and/or 45-2092 (Farmworkers and Laborers).

Truck Driver/Field Hauling and Loading – Dependent upon what is being hauled and as dictated by management.

Assist with loading pallets on trailer either by mechanical or manual loading.

If applicable, apply cables, or safety chains to containers or tubs to secure load.

Drive product from field to plant.

If applicable, attach grape tubs to truck for hauling.

Report major issues to supervision

Bus/Van Driver Specifications:

Workers with a clean driving record and able to obtain an insurable driver's license or CDL, as applicable, may be authorized to drive company vehicles as needed.

1. Employee may drive bus/van over the road.

2. Employee may pick up workers from different housing sites/pick up points and take them to an assigned work site and at the end of the day take them back to the housing site/pick up point.

3. In order to drive a company bus/van, employee must possess valid CDL/driver's license, as applicable, and must be able to pass physical exam.
