***RFI response*** Assisting with coordination of arrivals/departures entails: keeping records of occupied rooms vs available rooms; advising housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning; confirming that rooms assigned to arriving guests are ready for check-in; confirming that transportation services (if requested by the incoming or departing guests) are in place.
