oyster boat deckhands

Harvest and clean oysters, unload boat and clean boat.

* Load empty sacks onto boat

* Fill out daily tickets to attach to harvested oyster sacks

* Pull harvested oysters from water onto boat.

* Sort oysters to ensure only legal size are harvested.

* Clean oysters utilizing hatchets to remove spats

* Unload and stack harvested oysters from boat to designated pallets on dock

* Clean and refuel boat to prepare for next days trip Deckhands should wear: gloves, waterproof vest and rubber boots (provided by employer)
