farm laborer/driver

Laborer/Driver will conduct simple daily vehicle maintenance checks, pick up workers from employer-provided housing, take them to the worksite, and drive them back to their housing. They will only spend about ten percent of their workday doing these job duties. Other daily duties may include field walking, timekeeping, filling water jugs for the workers when needed and ensuring field sanitation and safety measures are maintained throughout the day. They are required to live in the housing provided by the employer and take workers once a week to the bank and grocery store.

Workers will also perform general nursery and tree farm duties. This job will be done under extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.
