The nature of the job duties to be performed by the Farm Hand consists of planting and harvesting alfalfa, beans and corn with tractors and other heavy machinery, and conducting maintenance operations of the farmland.

The work day may begin / end earlier or later on any given day and evening. Typical workweek is Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., with potential nights and weekends required depending on the crops and weather.
