agricultural equipment operator

We need seasonal employees to assist with our Alfalfa, Corn, Potatoes, Small Grain, and Soybean production, performing all duties related to raising these crops. Work includes preparing fields; attaching and operating farm implements and machinery such as tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, combines, irrigation equipment, and manure spreaders; planting, cultivating, weeding, spraying, irrigating, and harvesting; mixing and loading materials or chemicals into machinery; monitoring equipment for malfunctions and making adjustments or repairs; hauling crops, supplies, and tools with farm trucks; load ing and unloading crops or materials manually or with conveyors, forklifts, and augers; maintaining and repairing irrigation systems, pivots, ditches, pumps, buildings, fences, and other structures; cleaning work areas, fields, and equipment; grading, sorting, weighing, and packaging products according to quality standards; inspecting plants for insects, disease, and growth; applying fertilizers and pesticides; setting up and maintaining climate control and irrigation systems; keeping accurate operational and production records; and performing post-harvest tasks such as storage, treatment, and facility maintenance. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
