agricultural equipment operator

We farm 6,100 acres of wheat, lentils, canola, winter wheat, peas, soybeans, and flax. We do all the seeding, spraying, fertilizing, and harvest independently. We do our maintenance and a good amount of repairs ourselves. Employees will be required to operate all tractors, trucks, and equipment to complete the farm season from start to finish. Employees will need to be able to follow instructions, accurately locate fields, communicate with employer and local businesses. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed throughout the season. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
