Food & Beverage Supervisors will be responsible for conducting meetings and supervisory activities (i.e. creating work schedules), observing and evaluating workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and collaborating with other Club personnel for menu planning, menu engineering, inventory management, serving arrangements, and related details. May supervise up to twenty-one (21) employees, including four (4) Bartenders, five (5) Runners, and twelve (12) Servers. Food & Beverage Supervisors may need to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
