agricultural equipment operator

I operate a 5000-acre farm that produces irrigated corn, irrigated cotton, dryland cotton, haygrazer, wheat, and barley as well as a small cow calf operation. I need seasonal employees to plow, plant, cultivate and harvest corn, cotton, and hay using John Deere 8000 series tractors, cotton pickers, cotton strippers, hay equipment and implements equipped with John Deere GPS guidance systems. The employees will do weed removal by walking, hand-hoeing and spraying. They will maintain and repair subsurface drip irrigation systems, irrigation pumps and farm equipment. They will also keep machinery maintenance logs at scheduled service intervals by doing routine maintenance and repairs. Employees will also help with cattle feeding, branding, vaccinations, and shipping. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
