Workers will perform all aspects of organic vegetable, greens, and fruit production. Workers will plant, cultivate, seed, and harvest fruits and vegetables. Workers will then wash, sort, and pack produce in the field or greenhouses. Other duties include repairing/ replacing irrigation lines, sprayers and nozzles, cleaning greenhouses and buildings, pick up debris from grounds, may operate a vehicle to deliver produce to market stands. Must have a valid drivers license. Applicants must have 2 months experience in organic produce and edible flower production. Drugs screens are performed upon accident, incident, or suspicion and are at the employers expense. Failure or refusal of a drug screen is grounds for immediate termination. Background checks may be performed post hire and at the employers expense, Sugar Top Farms is a family operation and those with felony convictions will be terminated.
