Crop Handling and Organization: - Laying down plants, pulling orders, and loading carts

- Moving, hanging, and spacing crops to maintain proper growth and organization

- Loading and unloading carts and conveyor belts efficiently

Facility Maintenance:

- Performing general maintenance tasks inside and outside the facility, including mowing, weeding, cleaning, snow removal, and sweeping

- Ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and operational

Production Line Support: - Preparing pots and trays by filling them with media for planting

- Stickering, labeling, and organizing products for distribution

- Working on planting or sticking lines to meet production goals

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

- Operating and maintaining agricultural equipment and machinery

- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers safely and efficiently

- Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure functionality Order Fulfillment and Logistics:

- Assisting with pulling, organizing, and preparing orders for shipment

- Loading and unloading products for delivery or transport

General greenhouse labor, working on planting lines, setting and picking up product, hanging baskets, sweeping floors.
