agricultural equipment operators

Operate farm machinery to cultivate, plant, harvest, and store grain crops including corn, cotton, and peanuts. Attach and detach implements such as plows and drills; set up, calibrate, and operate equipment for each task. Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including fluid checks and lubrication; conduct minor mechanical repairs to maintain functionality. Transport produce, water, and supplies to fields, elevators, and storage sites using non-CDL vehicles; workers must obtain a valid Class D license within 60 days. Perform manual labor such as facility cleaning, equipment organization, general maintenance, and assisting with farm animals as needed. Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to work hours, breaks, and job safety.
