Responsible for the guest registration process, communication of hotel services and amenities, and handling of payment transactions. Offer warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests and assist them with general hotel information; Provide information on hotel amenities, promotions, and local attractions; Process guest payments and maintain accurate records; Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly; Collaborate with other department to ensure a seamless guest experience; Maintain accurate records of room availability; and Maintain discretion and securi ty for the hotel and guests.
