• Ensure work areas, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitary at all times.

• Properly cover, label, date, and store food items according to food safety guidelines.

• Measure and combine ingredients using approved procedures. • Bake and cook food items using production ovens or grills, monitor cooking times and temperatures.

• Minimize food waste and properly use kitchen supplies and equipment.

• Tailor recipes to members'/guests' requests for allergies and substitutions.

• Follow all equipment safety standards as a guideline and report any equipment issues to management.

• Cook, bake, and decorate savory and sweet foods in a professional kitchen environment.
