Sob a direção do supervisor, o trabalhador executará qualquer combinação de tarefas envolvidas na operação de tratores e equipamentos agrícolas. Os trabalhadores devem ser capazes de conduzir trator e operar pulverizador para pulverizar pomares. Sob a supervisão de um pulverizador licenciado, os trabalhadores devem ser capazes de misturar produtos químicos com o EPI e as instruções adequados. Os trabalhadores devem ser capazes de ler as instruções para a mistura e escrever registros adequados para cada pulverização. Operar caminhões ou outros veículos multiuso para transportar trabalhadores de moradias (dentro ou fora da fazenda) para as propriedades agrícolas; transportar ferramentas, suprimentos ou culturas; transportar trabalhadores de um lugar para outro ao redor das propriedades agrícolas durante o dia de trabalho (inclusive em estradas públicas para chegar aos campos dos agricultores e/ou transportar trabalhadores para o supermercado ou banco, conforme necessário. Carregue produtos agrícolas em caminhões e dirija caminhões para o mercado ou instalações de armazenamento.

Os trabalhadores realizarão qualquer combinação de tarefas consistentes com a colheita de frutas e vegetais de qualidade. Plante, cultive e colha manualmente frutas e vegetais, como: maçãs, morangos, mirtilos, framboesas, abóbora, pimentão, feijão e tomate. Workers will have to conduct general orchard work including but not limited to field work, pruning and maintenance of fields, trees and farm equipment. Use hand tools, such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, & knives. Duties include tilling soil & applying fertilizers; transplanting, weeding, thinning, or pruning crops. Construct trellises, repair fences & farm buildings. Set up & operate irrigation equipment. After completion of 3 days of training, the employer will expect workers to pick a minimum of 100 bu of fresh market apples per day with no more than 2% bruising. Pick apples for fresh marketing and or processing. Inform farmers or farm manager of crop progress. Workers may be instructed to selectively pick mature fruit & vegetables, according to size, color & other USDA standards. The workers will be expected to hand harvest fruit and vegetables. Workers will have to work in cold and wet conditions and must have proper clothing for such conditions. Must be physically able to lift up to 75lbs on a consistent basis throughout the day. While working in the field cell phone usage is limited to emergency use only. Due to safety concerns on a farm, workers must understand basic instructions in English. Workers referred as a result of this order must have a minimum of three months verifiable experience in performing the tasks described in this order.
