Workers will perform winter-season agricultural support tasks on a grain farm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Equipment maintenance; Inspect, clean, and maintain farm machinery including tractors, planter, sprayers, combines, loaders; Perform general mechanical servicing, filters, oil lubrications, repairs; Grain storage preparation; Clean grain bins augers and surrounding storage; Remove old grain and residue; Facility upkeep; Clean and organize the farm shop and storage; Maintain farm infrastructure such as fences, gates; Field Preparation (weather per mitting); Early application of fertilizers; Spreading manure on farm fields; Grounds maintenance; Clearing snow on farm property; Hauling grain to local feed yards; Remove sorghum hay bales from fields; Follow all farm safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Must speak and understand English.
