Seasonal Packaging Operators work closely with the Packaging Supervisor and Plant Operations

Manager to ensure that seed packages meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include:

Performing work activities safely.

• Lifting and stacking materials up to 68 lbs for extended periods of time * Standing to fill and close packaged product for extended periods of time.

* Successfully pass the forklift training and receive an operator's certificate.

• Operating bagging equipment according to instructions

° Ensuring that bag labels are accurate, neat, legible and professional in appearance

• Application of appropriate tags and/or labels to seed packages

*Thorough cleaning of all equipment in order to maintain product integrity; * Ensuring that seed pallets are neatly stacked and securely wrapped from packaging line; deliver finished seed pallets or boxes to the warehouse.

* Prepare and clean (if needed) packaging materials to be used according to customer

specifications. This would include boxes and paper bags.

Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area Seasonal Rebag Operators work closely with the Rebag Supervisor to meet customer quality and packaging requirements during repackaging processes. Responsibilities include:

* Performing work activities safely.

* Lifting and stacking materials up to 68 lbs for extended periods of time
