Duties may include: Raising & Transporting seedlings, sort tree seedlings, discarding substandard seedlings, according to standard charts or verbal instructions. Plant: Seedlings/trees, Spray or inject vegetation with insecticides to kill insects or to protect against disease or with herbicides to reduce competing vegetation, or to enhance growth. Trim trees or other vegetation; cut trees or logs. Pile, chip or lop & Scatter created slash. Manter equipamentos a serem utilizados no campo. Sob a direção de técnicos florestais: auxiliar na limpeza/eliminação de escovas, estacas e linhas de escavação/quebras de combustível de construção. Condução incidental possível e outras atividades relacionadas ao Trabalhador Florestal de acordo com SOC/oes 45-4011 (onetonline.org). Horário padrão/esperado: de segunda a sexta-feira, das6hàs14h30. Oferecendo mais de 40 (mais) horas por semana; não incluindo almoço e/ou intervalos aplicáveis. Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed). Optional, shared housing available at no cost to the worker.
