line cook

Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, cooking, and plating soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant according to Club standards. Line Cooks will also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas, and reporting any hazards, unsafe working conditions, or equipment which requires repair/maintenance. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00AM-2:00PM or 11:00AM-7:00PM. Shift hours may vary.
