Drive employer-provided tractor-trailer combination vehicles (over 26,001 lbs GVWR) to transport nursery plants and agricultural products produced by Spring Creek Growers. All routes are within the State of Texas. Drivers operate heavy trucks between nursery locations, distribution centers, and customer markets. All delivery drivers will be able to return to their residence or employer-provided housing within the same work day. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck, trailer, and load to ensure safety and compliance with DOT and Texas DPS rules. Secure and balance loads using proper devices. Maintain driver logs, delivery paperwork, and required records. Operate vehicles safely and lawfully at all times.

Assist with loading and unloading rolling racks of nursery plants. Move racks into position, adjust or tie down, and unload at destination. Return empty racks or materials to the nursery and complete end-of-shift paperwork.

Workers handle racks that may be wet and must lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.

Employer provides all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no cost. Workers must comply with all safety policies and maintain required documentation.
