agricultural equipment operators

The worker will operate agricultural machinery to support seasonal grain farming activities including planting, cultivation, and harvesting of wheat, canola, soybeans, and sunflowers. Duties include driving and operating tractors, grain carts, combines, and other specialized field machinery to perform essential field operations. The worker will be responsible for routine maintenance and minor repairs on all assigned equipment to ensure continuous and safe operation during peak seasons. Tasks may involve calibrating equipment, monitoring field conditions, and making necessary adjustments for efficient operation. The worker may also drive farm trucks within the farm property to transport grain, seed, and supplies. Responsibilities include following safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness of equipment, and working efficiently under time-sensitive seasonal conditions. The role requires long hours during peak periods and may involve working in varying weather conditions. The worker is expected to perform tasks independently after initial instruction. Prior verifiable experience in operating modern agricultural equipment for grain farming is required to meet performance expectations and maintain productivity. The worker must be able to follow instructions, observe machine function, and communicate any issues to the farm owner.
