agricultural equipment operators

Workers will assist with general grain farm operations on approximately 3,000 acres of tillable land. Duties include planting corn and sunflowers, seeding help, and harvesting of crops using various farm machinery. Workers will be required to drive and operate equipment such as tractors, seeders, combines, and other harvesting machinery. Workers must be capable and have experience driving semis with 13-speed transmissions to transport grain and farm products. Additional responsibilities include maintenance of equipment and vehicles, such as routine checks, minor repairs, and keeping machinery in clean working order. Workers will also perform general farm labor such as keeping the farmyard tidy and other related tasks assigned by the employer. The job requires responsibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to perform a range of tasks as needed based on weather and seasonal demand. Dependability and prior experience with the specified tasks are essential.
