Places oysters on tables and removes meats from the shells. Washes, sorts and packs oyster meats into containers for consumption. Cleans and sanitizes shucking stations as required by food-safety rules. Disposes of oyster shells in the designated areas.

Piece rate may be offered; rate is determined based on prevailing wage determination.
