farmworker/laborer

Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: plant, transplant, weed, spray, maintain, and other general care of vegetable crops; prepare fields/soil for planting; maintain fields, equipment, and farm property; repair and maintain farm equipment; assemble bins/containers; load and unload crops; build, maintain, and repair agricultural structures and fences; drive and operate tractor, forklift, and other farm equipment to perform farm tasks; drive employer provided vehicle to and from the worksite, and to other locations; haul employer’s crops to market and storage locations with all locations allowing workers to reasonably return within same workday; move equipment throughout field/loading area to allow harvest crew to load harvested product; monitor loaded harvested product; hand harvest to quality standards vegetable crops; grade, sort and pac k produce to customer standards; maintain a clean packing area.
