agricultural equipment operator

We are in need of seasonal employees to assist with our crop production of corn, soybeans, alfalfa and grass hay. We also pasture care in the summer for our cows. The employees would be getting equipment ready for work in March and begin operation in April. We also have a bulldozer that we use to get the field ready and that would be part of that operation. After planting we begin harvesting the hay and that continues until October. Employees would operate a tractor to mow, rake and bale hay. In August we begin harvesting corn and soybeans until November. Require work to get the fields ready for next year. I am looking for people that can operate equipment, but also assist with general hands on farm labor. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
