Somos uma fazenda de 4000 acres que cultiva milho, trigo, soja, beterraba sacarina e alfafa. Nosso equipamento é principalmente John Deere, usando sistemas de orientação John Deere. As funções de trabalho podem incluir e não estão limitadas a tarefas como: anexar/separar implementos; ser capaz de lidar com o trabalho em alta umidade; áreas de trabalho limpas; transportar e espalhar materiais como, mas não se limitando a fertilizantes para condicionar o solo; carregar culturas e conduzir caminhões para transportar de e para campos e/ou locais ou instalações de armazenamento; carregar e descarregar materiais e mercadorias; carregar insumos e conduzir caminhões para transportar para campos; manter terrenos e paisagismo; operar máquinas autopropelidas; reparar e manter veículos agrícolas, implementos e equipamentos mecânicos; reparar edifícios agrícolas, cercas e outras estruturas; usar ferramentas manuais, como chaves inglesas, barras de corvo, ferramentas pneumáticas, ferramentas elétricas. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: air seeders, augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, bailers and other hay equipment, combines or other harvesting equipment, dirt moving equipment, grain carts, forklift, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc, planters, self-propelled machinery, semi trucks, skid steers, spra yers, straight frame trucks, swathers, bailers, and other hay equipment, tillage equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: corn, hay, soybeans, sugar beets, wheat. When not performing field activities, worker will be doing yard work and maintenance such as mowing grass, taking care of buildings and spraying weeds. Shop work will also be required when not in the field, doing things such as servicing equipment, cleaning equipment and some repair work. Must speak and understand English. Approximate staggered entry: 1 worker to begin April 1 and 1 worker to begin Aug 1.
