Basic knowledge of farming practices and equipment; Preparing fields for planting by tilling soil and managing weeds; Planting cotton seeds and ensuring proper spacing and depth; Spraying crops with pesticides or herbicides as needed for pest control; Harvesting cotton at the appropriate time for optimal yield; Maintaining and troubleshooting pivot and drip irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution; Performing routine maintenance on vehicles and farm machinery to keep them in working order; Utilizing basic mechanic skills to perform repairs and adjustments on equipment; Communicating crop progress and any issues to the farm manager regularly; Maintain all vehicles and equipment; Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions; speak and understand English.
