AEWR; US Workers: KS: $12.69; H2A Workers: KS: $11.43. Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops such as working with bins and augers to load carts and trailers; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment including diesel engines; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as hay, soybeans, corn; Operate excavator and backhoe to maintain fields, pasture ponds, and silo/feedyard; Operate payloader to load feed wagon; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, load crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Mix and pour concret e; Attach implements using hand tools; Attend to live farm animals including cattle (cow/calf and feeder) such as feeding, watering, calving, weaning, processing, sorting; Must be able to speak and understand english.
